[font=宋体][size=10.5pt]厦门蓓蕾足球俱乐部成立于[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]1999[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]年，由厦门市体育中心组建负责，是我市首家在工商部门和市足协注册的少年儿童足球业余训练基地。现由厦门盛事体育推广有限公司负责俱乐部运营与管理。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]蓓蕾是目前我市训练环境最好、教练队伍最强，学员人数最多的少儿足球俱乐部。曾任菲律宾国家男女足球队总教练、获我市中学生赛[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]18[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]连冠的厦门二中足球队教练何永三老师为本俱乐部总教练，市中小学知名教练林力斌、庄聪明、张悦虹、罗七生等老师担任各年龄组教练。所有教练员均持有中国足协[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]C[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]级以上教练岗位证书。在本俱乐部训练成绩优异者可作为足球特长生推荐跨学区考入重点中学或选送市少年足球集训队深造。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][/size]
